Browse our menu, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfer payments. After placing your order, you'll see our bank account details. Transfer the exact amount and upload your payment proof.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 20–60 minutes depending on your location and order complexity. You'll see an estimated delivery time at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order for modifications or cancellations. Once preparation begins, we cannot make changes.

Do you cater for events?

Yes! We offer bespoke catering packages for events of any size. Contact us at events@spoons.ng for a quote.

Are there allergen options?

Many of our dishes can be adjusted for dietary requirements. Please note any allergies in the special instructions field when ordering, or contact us directly.

What is your refund policy?

If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
